We had an amazing experience with Garmon! After having a horrible experience with another company, we called Garmon to see if they could fix everything. Everyone there was very kind and helpful. After speaking with Bob close to the end of their workday, he said they'd pull the permits immediately and have someone at my house first thing the next morning, and they followed through! 9:30am the next morning, they were here to perform the install. The techs were very nice, respectful, and took great care of everything during our install. From now on, Garmon will be my FIRST phone call for any of my HVAC needs! Thanks again everyone!!

Nathan arrived on time. He and his partner did a through check of my wiring and determined that my ceiling fan needed to be replaced. They replaced it. I am very happy they helped me.

My air conditioning wouldn’t shut off upstairs. I called Garmon because I had use them once last year. After checking the air conditioning system, I was told that I would need two parts to repair my air-conditioning, a zone damper, actuator, and an expansion valve. The cost of the two parts needed was around $2000. He told me he would order the parts and let me know when they come in. As a retiree, $2000 is a lot of money. I decided to get a Second opinion. I called Deeck mechanical. They were at my house within a couple of hours. I was told I didn’t need either of the parts Garmon said I did. He replaced the capacitate or because it was reading week. The price of the capacitor was $234. So instead of paying Garmon over $2000, I paid $352 to Deeck and my air conditioner is working great. Trust is important to me. To top it off, Garmon sent me a bill for $138.03. They charged me for the service call and charge me for a coil clean that I didn’t even see anyone complete unreal!

Lavell and Josiah came out and serviced my ac unit. The guys kept me posted on their arrival time. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned my unit better than it's ever been cleaned. Didn't try to sell me something that my unit didn't need and explained to me why they had to replace a part to get the unit running. Very pleased and would recommend them for their ac service

I had some minor plumbing work done. They are nice, and do good enough work. However, they didn't call before just showing up after I left a voicemail. They also BROKE my toilet seat and didn't so much as offer to replace it. Plus they left all of their remnants and dirt and cut pipe pieces on the bathroom and bedroom floor. So if u hire them, be prepared to clean up and possibly replace a thing or two
